As a 20-year legal industry veteran, and the majority of those years in the eDiscovery Space, Jay White has lived the continuous evolution of the practice. Jay began his legal career as a litigation paralegal with Rutan & Tucker in 2001. In 2005, while working as a complex IP litigation paralegal with Foley & Lardner, Jay was thrusted into the eDiscovery practice due to the nature and volume of complex IP litigation. Stepping out on his own in 2013, Jay founded Omega Discovery Solution. Understanding that education was key to maintaining relevant, Jay gained his ACEDS and EnCase certifications in 2014. Jay has served as the Arizona ACEDS Chapter president, board member of the Arizona Bar Association Technology Committee, board member of the California Lawyers Association Practice Management and Technology Committee. Currently Jay works as the Director of Business Development for First Legal with a focus on eDiscovery services.
